A new film for a new industrial revolution

It’s an exciting time for the UK as the offshore wind industry gears up for a new era of accelerated, sustainable growth.

Our film sets out our vision for this new industrial revolution and our part within it. It has been produced by Mother Goose Films and part-funded by the Offshore Wind Growth Partnership.

Mark Davies of Ledwood said: “Offshore wind is a UK success story in terms of turbines installed but now we aim to play a large part in the actual construction of these wind farms. Currently the UK is the second largest offshore wind market in the world and represents more than 40% of European offshore wind capacity. Floating offshore wind is an exciting opportunity for Ledwood and the communities in which we operate.” The Offshore Wind Growth Partnership is the UK’s flagship supply chain growth funding and business support organisation dedicated to offshore wind.
