Our project management services

Ledwood are project management specialists, experienced in the delivery of major projects. We have the capability to carry out all aspects of a project from detail design, procurement, fabrication, protective coating and installation, through to testing and commissioning of the completed plant.

We also have expertise in handling repairs, upgrades and maintenance of major process assets, including work carried out on live plants and plant turnarounds. Our work includes full EPCC (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning). We thrive on challenging projects.

In addition, we supply project management teams to ensure projects are managed according to principal contract scope, with alignment to market demands and specifications defined by our customers.

Typical methods of engagement include:

• Project management teams – we provide a multi-skilled and disciplined team of senior personnel to manage a project in accordance with a client’s defined objectives. This often includes being the owner’s representative, minimising impact on the client’s personnel, ensuring objectives are achieved.

• Personnel secondment – we offer personnel on secondment, to provide specific skills that are either not available or need to be supplemented within the client organisation.

• Contractor management – we have experience in controlling specialist contractors during the entire life cycle of a project both on new build green field and on revamp/upgrade projects.
