Protecting our people and the environment

Our values focus on honesty, integrity, people and the environment.

Safety comes first in all that we do but our ethos is always to minimise the environmental impact of our activities in any practical way we can. Our quality systems focus on maximising the efficiency of plant that we design, while always looking to minimise waste.

We expect all colleagues and partners to adhere to our environmental policy and management system, which is certified to BS EN ISO 14001:2015. This includes:

• compliance with all the relevant legislation and regulations
• a commitment to continuous environmental improvements where possible
• taking proactive measures to prevent pollution and reduce environmental risks
• effective internal and external communication on environmental matters.

We respect our responsibility to our employees and neighbours. This is a commitment shared with all of our partners, suppliers and subcontractors. Our target is always to record ZERO safety incidents – meaning our employees all leave work uninjured, day in, day out, with their health intact and able to enjoy time with their families.
