Our Board of Directors are focussed on maintaining a culture of excellence within the company underpinning the delivery of a quality service and product. We are BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certified and expect every member of our team to be fully aware of its requirements and their responsibility for maintaining this important accreditation.

Our Quality Policy complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 and forms the basis of the quality management system that we operate and adhere to. The Quality Policy is shared throughout our organisation and is reviewed and audited on a regular basis to ensure its continued effectiveness and improvement. It also provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives. It is the responsibility of every employee to be fully conversant with the Quality Policy, the quality manual and the detailed procedures, as they apply to their work. Everyone throughout the business carries an equal responsibility for quality.
