Onshore and offshore modularisation
We have the facilities and expertise to fabricate a wide range of modules for the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry. Services include detail design and instrument and electrical installation and testing.
We have two main fabrication and assembly areas for modules. Our 10-acre (4 Hectare) Waterloo site includes four workshops, a yard and a coatings facility. The workshops are often separated into prefabrication of the piping and for module steelwork. The smaller workshop is serviced by two overhead gantries of 5Te capacity at a height of 5.9mtrs with and annex serviced with a single 6Te gantry crane often used as a segregated facility.
The larger workshop gives us the flexibility of working undercover and is serviced with two 10 Te gantry cranes at a height of 8.4 metres. The main yard encompasses sufficient material storage, module assembly areas and its own dedicated quayside facility.
The larger Port of Pembroke module assembly area includes large hangar buildings, quayside facilities and a 150m long quay with a minimum of 11m of water.
Delivery is normally from our own load out quay in Pembroke Dock. All logistics and shipping can be included within our service.
Modular assembly ranges from 5Te-200Te skids up to modules up to 1,000Te.
