Paul joined Ledwood as Head of Operations in November 2023.

With a BEng(Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering and MSc in Automotive Engineering, Design, Manufacture and Management, Paul has in-depth knowledge of quality systems, engineering tools and techniques. He has completed IRCA Lead Auditor training and is IOSH qualified.

Paul started his career in 1993 with Delta Energy Cables as a process engineer. His career then included 11 years with Ford Motor Company (later known as Visteon UK Limited) and 14 years as Quality Manager for global metal engineering company Wall Colmonoy.

During his time in industry, Paul has gained in-depth knowledge of production processes and procedures and understanding of needs to meet regulatory and customer requirements.  He has also had significant exposure to many other aspects of a manufacturing business, including technical engineering, operations, process engineering, and more recently heading up a full ERP implementation project as Senior Project Manager.
