As an HR professional with a first class degree in business management with human resources, Laura has been with Ledwood since 2012 and has responsibility for the recruitment, induction, development and retention of our people. This includes managing the payroll function and supporting staff well-being.
Laura champions our collective commitment to excellence; advising on recruitment and selection, training and development needs and succession planning. She also works closely with our Managers and Directors to implement effective HR policies and procedures.
