Ledwood thrive on challenging projects, we remain entirely flexible in our Project Management Services, offering tailor made project management teams, ranging from Full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) to Supply, Fabrication, Construction, Maintenance or Minor Modifications. In addition we supply Project Management Teams (PMT) to ensure projects are managed according to principal contract scope, with alignment to market demands and terms as defined by our clients.

We are recognised leaders for our integrity in delivering effective working partnerships with clients and sub contactors, demanding a high level of service, often with innovative solutions and a constant focus on Health & Safety, Quality and Fiscal management.

Ledwood can provide a project management package for complex projects. We have a core competence consisting of personnel that form our PMT service offering and can be structured in a manner that meets the individual challenges of the project/contract, typical methods of engagement include:-

Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) – often a share of roles & responsibilities between client personnel & Ledwood’s personnel, working in harmony in a manner that optimizes individual strengths with reduced demand on client resources.
Project Management Team (PMT) – Ledwood provide a multi-skilled & disciplined team of senior personnel to manage a project in accordance with defined objectives on behalf of the client(s). This often includes being the owner’s representative, with minimum impact on the client’s personnel, assuring the clients contractor(s)/sub-contractor(s) objectives are achieved.
Personnel Secondment - Ledwood provide key personnel to provide specific skills that are either not available within our clients organisation or the key personnel performs a consultant role to provide guidance/advice.

These types of services are provided in a flexible & co-operative manner, often required as a balance and check programme incorporating international best management practices.
Ledwood have ability and experience in controlling specialist contractors during the entire life cycle of a project both on new build green field projects and on revamp/rehabilitation programs. Our mature international supply chain complements the service offering by providing efficient selection of suppliers & sub-contractors in a co-operative manner.
